The house has 5 twin and 3 double bedrooms, each with its own individual charm.  All bedrooms have a private bathroom, mini bar, television and hair dryer.

A buffet breakfast is served in the main salon.  The house has a bar and there is also a reading and televison area.

Guests may care to sunbathe in the tranquil garden or, on the private terrace. There is also a swimming pool measuring 9 by 4,5 metres with a depth of 1,5 metres.

The owners' aim is to provide welcoming, pleasant and comfortable accommodation in order to ensure a pleasant holiday.

In the area are some of the region's most beautiful beaches and coves with golden sands and unusual rock formations.

The region is also a golfer's paradise with 10 golf courses within 20 kilometres. It is also a good area for hikers and bikers to explore the spectacular countryside.

The Algarve has a climate, culture and scenery very different from the rest of Portugal. The beautiful coast-line, mild climate, warm sea and warm winds from North Africa make it a very popular tourist destination.

However, there is much more than sun and sea in this region. Trips inland lead to small white washed villages where the rural way of life is still very active. Interesting towns and villages like Albufeira, Vilamoura, Lagoa or Carvoeiro are worth a visit. The remarkable contrast between the old Algarve and the modern way of life is very noticible.

The town of Portimao with restaurants, cafes, bars and night-life is approxamately a 15 minute drive away.

Near the house is Clube Nautico do Arade. Guests staying at the house have free membership to the Luxury Leisure centre with sauna, in-door pool, jacuzzi, turkish baths, discount on use of tennis courts and, free access to non motorized boats (1 hour per day).

The house is near the main motorway of The Algarve making all the towns and tourist attractions of the Algarve easily accessable..

Smoking is only allowed in the garden area.
