They retained the original architecture and structure but equipped it with all facilities to provide quality accommodation.

The house is on a hillside overlooking down Guincho beach.

All rooms in the house are spacious and have been well decorated and have furniture to provide comfort for guests.

Accommodation consists of a family suite on the lower ground floor and 2 double bedrooms on the upper floor, called Garden room and Sea suite.

All bedrooms are very spacious and tastefully decorated.

They all have a  private bathroom or shower room, central heating, safe, cable television and DVD player.

The family suite is ideal for a family of two adults and two children.

The suite has one double and one twin bedroom sharing a bathroom, a small sitting area and views over the pateo and swimming pool area.

The garden room has a private shower room and views to the garden.

The Sea suite has a private bathroom and a small balcony with wonderful views to the ocean and Guincho beach. Extra beds are available in each bedroom.

The lounge is located on the upper floor and has a fireplace, television, DVD and a music centre.

Guests also have access to a wide selection of recent DVD's available in the lounge.

Next to the lounge there is a small room with a games table.

A spiral staircase leads to a large terrace with superb views of the Cascais coastal plain.

In the grounds of Casal Antigo there is a swimming pool measuring 3 x 11 metres with a maximum depth of 1,5 metres.

The owner may provide lunch or dinner if requested by the guests..

The house has an ADSL wireless internet connection.

For golfers, there are many renowned golf courses in the area such as Penha Longa, Quinta da Beloura, Quinta da Marinha or Estoril Palacio.

Sintra is a UNESCO World Heritage site with many ancient palaces and fine houses dating from the Moorish occupation and later.
