The President's House is the oldest building in the property dating back to the 17th century. It has a total of 5 bedrooms including one suite.

In addition, there is a beautiful bar on the ground floor with an outside terrace open during the summer period. The bar is open for residents and non residents.

The Main House was built during the 18th century and has a total of 4 bedrooms and one suite, one of which has a veranda with views over the swimming pool and minho river.

In addition to both above units, there is a newly built annexe with a total of 18 bedrooms including two suites. All these bedrooms have doors opening onto a private terrace with garden furniture.

All the 28 bedrooms have private bathrooms, TV and telephone. The rooms located in the annexe also have air conditioning and hair dryer.

Outside there is a large swimming pool and a tennis court. The old sailing town of Viana do Castelo is approximately 38 kilometres away.

Caminha town centre is about 10 kilometres away from the Estalagem offering a wide selection of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a Ferry to Spain (almost every 45 minutes) until around 7pm depending on season.
