I have now retired from Manor Houses which I started in 1996 to assist English speaking persons to make a direct booking of accommodatiom in Portugal.

The front page has links to Manor House accommodation which is the origional specialality of the company.

As the company grew, self catering villas, particarlily in the beautiful north were addsd and also the renovated cottages in the grounds of the manor houses.

As our speciality is for the visitors to stay in the large houses and Palaces of the country, The Pousadas of Portugal and the Paradores in Spain were added later and recently the Chateax in France.

Users of our web site book direct with the owners at their loest prices and have the benefit of our experienced bi-lingual staff to advise them and confirm all is proceeding correctly.
